IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Offer not available to existing Chase checking customers, or those
whose accounts have been closed within 90 days or closed with a negative balance within the
last 3 years. You can receive only one new checking account opening related bonus every two
years from the last enrollment date and only one bonus per account. To receive the $400 bonus:
1) Open a new Chase Total Checking account, which is subject to approval; 2) Deposit a total of
$1,000 or more in qualifying direct deposits into the new account within 90 days of enrollment. A
qualifying direct deposit is a paycheck, pension or government benefit (such as Social Security)
from your employer or the government. External bank transfers, Zelle®, checks, cash, and wire
transfers do not qualify. Account must be open and not in default to receive bonus. Bonus is
considered interest and will be reported on IRS Form 1099-INT. Monthly Service Fee is $15 or $0
when you have electronic deposits totaling $500 or more made into this account.
