This refers to allowing yourself to know about to whom are your goals for, what specifically are your goals, what resources do you need the most that will help you achieve your goal, why do you want this goal and where are you going to start.
This refers to the way in which you are going to assess the progress and how far have you achieved. You can do this by asking feedbacks from others, gaining new members and any possible ways you know.
Check if your goals are attainable by providing steps or ways on how to reach it. Check if you have enough time and resources. You should also know the possible challenges that might arise during the execution of your plans.
You should make sure that you are interested in completing the tasks. If you have other obligations that challenges you in completing your goal, you may delegate tasks evenly to other members of your organization.
You may put a deadline on your goal so that you can be able to keep track of the time. Some tasks might be incomplete due to lack of time.
A good leader must have the ability to delegate, communicate, influence, provide service and most of all, the will to lead.
