I am writing to formally resign from my position as Senior Project Manager at Innovative Solutions Inc., with my last day being March 27, 2024, following the standard two-week notice period.

This decision comes after much deliberation and is driven by a significant and joyous change in my personal life. My family is about to welcome a new member, and after discussing it at length with my partner, we have decided that I will take on a more active role at home to support our growing family.
