How to Create a Development Plan?

  1. Try to align your development needs to your company needs. Go back to your objectives and try to assess if you and your members have the necessary skills and knowledge that support your main objectives. Your objectives should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timely.
  2. Talk to each one of your employees to know more about their skills, aspirations and career goals.
  3. Know the difference between your employee’s potential and their readiness.
