Dear Hiring Manager,
After more than six years of dedicated warehouse experience within Amazon's fulfillment operations — having grown from a part-
time associate in San Antonio to a full-time permanent employee at the Schertz fulfillment center — I am eager to continue
contributing my skills and commitment to Amazon's mission of delivering excellence. My wife and I have recently made San Antonio
our permanent home, and I am deeply motivated to build a long-term career here in Texas with a company I have proudly served
since July 2019.
Throughout my tenure at Amazon, I have developed strong proficiency in Inbound and Outbound operations, P.I.T. (Powered
Industrial Truck) equipment, Receiving, and Vendor Returns, among seven additional operational skill areas. I understand the pace,
precision, and safety standards that define a productive fulfillment center, and I consistently bring that focus to every shift. Having
transitioned from part-time to full-time status and earning permanent employee standing in September, I have demonstrated a
sustained commitment to performance and reliability that I intend to carry forward.
Prior to my time with Amazon, I built a diverse professional background that has strengthened my adaptability and work ethic. As a
Field Technician with Populus Group in San Antonio, I managed the deployment and servicing of Uber/Jump Scooters and Bikes
across the city. Before that, I spent several seasons with Xanterra Parks & Resorts at Yellowstone National Park, where I held multiple
simultaneous roles — Reservations Agent, Vending Driver, Housekeeper, Server Assistant, Host, and Kitchen staff — serving both
leisure and commercial group tours across summer and winter seasons. I also gained hands-on kitchen experience as a Line Cook at
Montana's Rib & Chop House in Livingston, MT, where I handled all areas of line and kitchen duties.
These varied experiences have reinforced my ability to adapt quickly, follow operational procedures, work effectively as part of a
team, and maintain productivity in fast-paced environments — all qualities that translate directly to warehouse associate performance.
I hold a High School Diploma from Shawnee Mission West High School and have continued to grow through on-the-job training
and certifications throughout my career.
