the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect,

Management customers served by J.P. Morgan Wealth Advisors or J.P. Morgan
Wealth Partners.
What we do
How does J.P. Morgan Wealth
Management protect my
personal information?
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use
security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer
safeguards and secured files and buildings. We authorize our employees, agents
and contractors to get your information only when needed to do their work for us.
We require companies working for us to protect your information.
How does
J.P. Morgan Wealth
Management collect my
personal
information?
We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

open an account or seek advice about your investments

apply for a loan
•
direct us to buy securities or direct us to sell your securities
We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus,
affiliates, or other companies.
Why can’t
I limit all sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only:

about your creditworthiness

affiliates from using your information to market to you
•
sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you
State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

jointly with someone else?
Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.
Definitions
Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial
companies.

Our affiliates include companies with the Chase or J.P. Morgan name and financial
companies such as JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial
companies.
•
J.P. Morgan Wealth Management does not share with nonaffiliates so that they can
market to you.
Joint marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial
products or services to you.

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management doesn’t
jointly market.
Other important information
VT:
Accounts with a Vermont mailing address are automatically treated as if they have limited the sharing as described on
page 1. For joint marketing, we will only disclose your name, contact information and information about your transactions.
NV:
