“our”) respects and is committed to the protection of your Sensitive and Personal Information & your
privacy. This Personal Data Protection Notice (“Notice”), prepared in accordance with the applicable
laws of, explains how Wipro processes your personal data as part of the Talent Acquisition This Notice
supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consent(s) you may have previously
provided to us in respect to your personal data.
IDENTITY OF THE Entity collecting the personal data: Your employer will be your primary data controller.

DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this Notice:

2. “Partner(s)” means customer(s), vendor(s), authorized service partner(s) and/or business
partner(s);
3. “Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
4. “Processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data,
whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage,
adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or
otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
The following categories of personal data are processed:
1. Full name
2. Contact details (phone number, email address, home address)
3. Employment history
4. References
5. Education-related data, including academic degree(s)
6. Certificates and/or qualifications; and
7. Any other personal data provided by me during the application and recruitment process.

PROCESSING PURPOSE(S)
As part of the Talent Acquisition Process, we will process your Personal Data, for the following purposes:
Wipro will process your data for the purpose of recruitment process and a potential employment contract or
service agreement with Wipro Limited or its affiliate companies.

Data transfer to a recipient outside the European Union/UK:
The data is accessed and processed worldwide through the Application Tracking System (ATS) by recruiters,
business leaders, and the Talent Acquisition team. This information is transferred based on Intercompany
Agreements and relevant consents.

DATA RETENTION
Your personal data will be retained by Wipro only as long as is necessary for which it was collected during
Talent Acquisition Process and for a reasonable period thereafter, in accordance with applicable law and
internal policies. Personal data no longer required will be disposed off promptly and in a secured manner.
7.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), UK GDPR and relevant EU member state law
thereunder, you have a number of rights with regard to your personal data and in this respect, you have the
following rights which will be subject to the applicable data protection laws.

Appropriate measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access, unlawful processing, unauthorized or
accidental loss or destruction of the personal data
We shall keep and process your data in a secure manner. We endeavor, where practicable, to implement the
appropriate administrative and security safeguards and procedures in accordance with the applicable laws and
regulations to prevent the unauthorized or unlawful processing of your Personal Data and the accidental loss
or destruction of, or damage to, your Personal Data.
Wipro utilizes artificial intelligence to help identify suitable candidates for job openings, streamlining the
candidate selection process. This includes improving job descriptions, analyzing resumes, skills, and
experience to match them with the specific requirements of job openings. Furthermore, the AI is employed to
identify potential impersonation during the application, interview, and onboarding processes.
CONSENT FOR COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
I declare that I have read and understood the
Privacy Policy
on the data controller’s website. The
Privacy Policy forms an integral part of this document.
I declare that I have been properly informed by the data controller about the processing of my personal
data and also about my rights to access the data, to request the rectification of data, to request data
erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) and to restrict the processing of data in the
Privacy Policy
published on
the data controller’s website. I confirm that I have fully understood my unalienable rights, which may be
applied at any time without any detrimental consequences.
In light of the above, I give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data by
Wipro Limited.
This consent is given of my own free will, with full understanding of the purpose of data export and its
risks, and may be revoked at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on my
consent before its withdrawal.
I am aware that I can decide at any time to withdraw my present consent to the collection,
processing, storage and use of my personal data, by sending an email to
data.privacy@wipro.com
, or by sending a letter to the address of the data controller as stated on its
website.
If you do not provide your consent, Wipro shall not be able to proceed with your candidature for the
purpose of employment.
