Designed and commissioned a skid-mounted continuous stirred-tank reactor (CSTR) cascade for a cytotoxic intermediate,
achieving a 5× reduction in operator exposure risk and 98.5% yield.

Developed a PAT (Process Analytical Technology) framework using in-line FTIR and Raman spectroscopy for real-time
concentration monitoring.

Led a sustainability initiative that redesigned the solvent recovery system, reducing solvent waste from 14 kg/kg product to
3.2 kg/kg product, saving ~$620,000 annually in raw material and disposal costs.

Published internal case study adopted as training material across the company's process engineering group.
