Mathematics
is
where
I
feel
most
at
home
.
I
took
AP
Calculus
BC
as
a
junior
—
a
5

the
exam
—
and
spent

summer
teaching
myself
linear
algebra
because
I
wanted
to
actually
understand
the
machine
-
learning
lectures
I
kept
bookmarking
.
Computer
science
became
the
place
where
that
math
turns
into
things
people
use
.
Last
winter
I
built
a
scheduling
tool
for
my
school

peer
-
tutoring
program
that
matches
tutors
to
students
by
subject
and
free
period
;
it
now
books
about
forty
sessions
a
week

and
I
still
grin
every
