I’m a product designer with 9 years of experience helping teams turn
complicated problems into software people actually enjoy using. I’ve
spent the last four years at Meridian Health leading design for our patient
portal — work that cut support tickets by 22% and lifted patient
satisfaction scores from 3.8 to 4.5. I’m drawn to the details most people
never notice: the empty states, the error messages, the milliseconds that
make an interface feel fast. Outside of work, I mentor early-career
designers on ADPList and write about design systems on Medium. I’m
