4. PERFORMANCE STRENGTHS
Chloe’s absolute greatest strength is her unflappable operational composure and emotional intelligence. Office
management is inherently disruptive—ranging from HVAC failures and catering no-shows to demanding
executive requests—yet Chloe handles every escalation with a calm, solution-oriented demeanor. She
possesses a remarkable ability to anticipate the needs of the workforce. She does not wait for complaints about
broken coffee machines or low inventory; she implements daily floor-sweeps to proactively resolve issues before
they impact employee productivity. Furthermore, Chloe builds immense trust across all departments, making her
the go-to problem solver for both C-suite executives and newly hired interns.

5. CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK & AREAS FOR GROWTH
To prepare for a progression into a Director of Workplace Operations or Global Facilities Manager role, Chloe
should focus on the following developmental areas:
Delegation of Tier-1 Tasks:
Chloe is highly dedicated and often jumps in to cover the reception desk, unpack
Amazon boxes, or restock the pantry when it is busy. To scale her career, she must rigorously delegate these
tier-1 tasks to the administrative assistants and facilities coordinators, fiercely protecting her bandwidth for high-
level real estate strategy and vendor negotiations.
Real Estate Data Analytics:
Chloe manages the Robin desk-booking software well, but she should elevate her
use of space-utilization data. By learning to export and cross-reference badge-swipe data with booking data, she
can present predictive, data-driven recommendations to the executive team regarding future office lease
expansions or consolidations.

6. FUTURE ROADMAP & OPERATIONAL GOALS (FY2027)
Goal 1 (Physical Security Overhaul):
Act as the project lead for the transition from physical keycards to
mobile-NFC badge access across all turnstiles and office doors by the end of Q2.
Goal 2 (Professional Certification):
Enroll in and successfully attain the Facility Management Professional
(FMP) credential from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
Goal 3 (Satellite Office Playbook):
Draft and publish a standardized "Office Operations Playbook," detailing
procurement, culture, and vendor SLAs, to be used for the launch of the new Austin and Denver satellite
offices.
Goal 4 (Wellness Initiative):
Partner with the HR Benefits team to launch a comprehensive in-office
wellness program, coordinating weekly on-site yoga classes, ergonomic assessments, and flu-shot clinics.
