4. PERFORMANCE STRENGTHS
Elias’s absolute greatest strength is his organizational vigilance and his ability to "manage up." Project
Coordinators often struggle to hold senior developers or executives accountable for overdue tasks, but
Elias navigates this dynamic with outstanding professional diplomacy. He uses empirical project data,
rather than emotional appeals, to enforce deadlines. When a critical path is threatened, Elias does not
simply report the delay; he comes to the Project Manager armed with proposed schedule adjustments
and alternative resource shifting options. Furthermore, his written communication is incredibly concise.
His status reports are easily digestible, allowing leadership to instantly grasp project health without
parsing through dense technical jargon.

5. CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK & AREAS FOR GROWTH
To prepare for a progression into a Junior Project Manager or Scrum Master role, Elias should focus on the
following developmental areas:
Leading Without Authority:
While Elias is excellent at tracking tasks, transitioning to a Project Manager
requires driving the actual strategic execution. He must practice asserting his voice during tense scope-
negotiation meetings with clients, shifting from a mindset of "recording the decisions" to actively "shaping
the decisions."
Advanced Financial Forecasting:
Elias effectively tracks historical expenses, but he needs to develop his
forward-looking financial acumen. He should cross-train with a Senior PM to master Estimate at
Completion (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC) forecasting methodologies to better manage project
profitability.
