PERFORMANCE STRENGTHS
Cameron’s absolute greatest strength is his profound empathy for the learner combined with a zero-tolerance
policy for "death by PowerPoint." He understands that corporate training is often viewed as a mandatory
disruption; therefore, he meticulously designs courses that are concise, highly relevant, and immediately
applicable to the employee's daily workflow. Cameron treats learning as an ongoing journey rather than a one-
time event, instituting knowledge-check reinforcements weeks after a course concludes to combat the "forgetting
curve." Furthermore, his technical ability to self-produce high-quality video, audio, and graphic assets severely
limits the L&D department's reliance on expensive external creative agencies.

CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK & AREAS FOR GROWTH
To prepare for a progression into a Director of Learning & Development role, Cameron should focus on the
following developmental areas:
Transitioning to Microlearning:
While Cameron’s comprehensive 60-minute modules are highly detailed,
modern learners increasingly demand information in the flow of work. He must focus on developing a
"Microlearning" strategy—breaking down dense procedural training into 3-to-5-minute, highly searchable, bite-
sized chunks that employees can access on-demand via mobile.
Advanced L&D Analytics (Kirkpatrick Level 4):
Cameron excels at gathering learner feedback and post-quiz
scores. However, to secure a larger L&D budget from the C-suite, he must learn to reliably correlate training
completion data directly with lagging business metrics (e.g., increased revenue, reduced customer churn,
lowered employee turnover).

FUTURE LEARNING ROADMAP (FY2027)
Goal 1 (Mobile Learning):
Spearhead the rollout of the native LMS mobile application, ensuring that 100%
of our frontline retail and warehouse staff can access safety and product training via their personal devices by
Q2.
Goal 2 (Mentorship Program):
Design and formalize a corporate peer-to-peer mentorship program,
matching the latest cohort of "Emerging Leaders" with senior executive sponsors.
Goal 3 (Professional Certification):
Enroll in and successfully attain the prestigious Certified Professional in
Talent Development (CPTD) credential from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
Goal 4 (AI Integration):
Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted course authoring tools (e.g., Synthesia,
ChatGPT) to accelerate the initial drafting of storyboards and voiceover narrations.
