establishing the clinical workflow for in-pharmacy Hemoglobin A1C and lipid panel screening.

Develop a formalized 4-week training curriculum for newly hired pharmacy
technicians, focusing on accurate Sig code translation and insurance rejection resolution.
Goal 4 (DIR Fee Mitigation):
Partner with the management team to launch an adherence-monitoring call
campaign targeting patients on statins, ACE inhibitors, and oral antidiabetics to maximize Medicare Part D
performance scores.
