My work explores the relationship between mathematics, perception, and the limitless
possibilities of visual imagination. I am fascinated by the ways geometry, symmetry, and
repetition can challenge conventional ideas of space and reality, creating images that invite
viewers to question what they see. Through printmaking and drawing, I investigate how logic
and illusion can exist together, transforming familiar forms into visual puzzles that encourage
curiosity and contemplation.
Pattern and transformation are central to my practice. I explore how simple geometric structures
can evolve into complex arrangements where animals, architectural forms, and abstract shapes
merge seamlessly with one another. By allowing one image to transform into another, I examine
the continuous relationships that exist between order, change, and visual perception.
My work draws inspiration from mathematics, architecture, and the natural world. Tessellations,
impossible structures, reflections, and infinite spaces become tools for exploring ideas that
cannot be fully experienced in everyday life. Rather than illustrating scientific concepts directly, I
use visual language to reveal the beauty and mystery hidden within mathematical principles and
the human experience of seeing.
Precision and craftsmanship define my artistic process. Through woodcuts, lithographs, and
engravings, I carefully construct compositions where every line, angle, and proportion
contributes to the overall illusion. The disciplined nature of printmaking allows me to balance
technical accuracy with imaginative invention, creating works that reward close observation and
repeated viewing.
Perspective is an essential element of my visual language. I intentionally challenge traditional
viewpoints by creating impossible architectures, endless stairways, mirrored worlds, and shifting
spatial relationships. These visual paradoxes encourage viewers to reconsider assumptions
about reality, demonstrating how perception can be both reliable and deceptive at the same
time.
Ultimately, my practice is an exploration of the hidden structures that connect mathematics, art,
and human imagination. Through printmaking and visual experimentation, I aim to create works
that inspire curiosity, celebrate the elegance of geometric thought, and invite viewers to discover
new ways of seeing the world beyond ordinary perception.
