This memorandum updates and clarifies our standard corporate work location policy, establishing clear
expectations for in-office presence across all global corporate hubs.
2. CORE RETURN-TO-OFFICE STANDARDS
Corporate employees are expected to work from their designated office location
five days a week

our standard operating model designed to maximize collaboration, mentorship, and spontaneous problem-
solving.

Managers and directors are expected to lead by example, maintaining full-time in-
office presence alongside their team members.
Core Directive:
Regular in-office attendance is a core expectation of employment at Amazon and is
incorporated into performance evaluations and career progression reviews.
3. COMPLIANCE AND MONITORING PROTOCOLS
Adherence to work location policies is supported by transparent badge-access analytics and management
reviews:
Badge Validation:
System badge entries are utilized to monitor general office utilization and ensure
equitable compliance across business units.
Exception Handling:
