2. FLEXIBLE WORK CLASSIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS

Flex / Hybrid:
Employees whose roles bene

t from a mix of home and o

ce collaboration, typically spending
1 to 3 days per week in designated Salesforce towers or hubs.
Fully Remote:
Authorized roles where employees operate permanently outside commuting distance from a
corporate o
ffi
ce, subject to regional business needs and tax compliance.

ce-Based:
Customer-facing, executive, or specialized lab roles requiring regular physical presence in the

ce environment.
