I, David Anderson, residing at 987 Walnut Street, Houston, TX 77001, being of sound mind and legal capacity, do hereby appoint Lisa Morgan, residing at 123 Oak Avenue, Houston, TX 77001, as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact to act on my behalf for the purpose of managing all matters related to the participation, submission, and handling of tenders. This authorization extends to all necessary actions, decisions, and representations required in connection with tender submissions.

This Power of Attorney grants Lisa Morgan the authority to perform the following actions on my behalf:

1. Tender Submission and Documentation: To prepare, complete, and submit tender documents, proposals, and any other related paperwork required for participation in tenders issued by any organization, government body, or private entity.
2. Signing and Execution: To sign tender documents, agreements, forms, and any other legal or financial documents required as part of the tender process, including contracts and undertakings if the tender is awarded.
3. Representation in Negotiations: To represent me in all tender-related discussions, negotiations, and meetings with the issuing authority, and to make decisions regarding the terms and conditions of the tender, including modifications and clarifications as needed.
4. Payments and Financial Transactions: To handle any payments, including deposits, earnest money, security deposits, or tender fees required for participation in the tender process. This also includes receiving refunds or claims related to such payments.
5. Communication and Correspondence: To correspond with tender authorities, issue responses to queries or clarifications, and handle any disputes, appeals, or objections arising from the tender process.
6. Legal Representation: To take appropriate legal action or defend against any legal claims or issues arising from the tender process, including filing complaints or claims and responding to legal notices.
7. Completion and Implementation: To oversee the execution and implementation of contracts awarded through the tender process, including signing of agreements and overseeing compliance with the terms of the tender.

This Power of Attorney shall become effective on January 10, 2025, and will remain in effect until revoked by me in writing or until the tender process and all related activities are fully concluded.

This Power of Attorney may be revoked by me at any time by providing written notice to Lisa Morgan. Any such revocation shall be effective immediately upon the delivery of the written notice.
