This Power of Attorney grants Susan Taylor the authority to perform the following actions on my behalf:

This includes signing the title and any related documents required for processing the title transfer with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
2. Vehicle Registration and Licensing: To handle the registration of the vehicle with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), including submitting necessary documents, paying any required fees, renewing the registration, and obtaining new or replacement registration certificates and plates as needed.
3. Insurance and Coverage: To make changes to my vehicle insurance policy, including updating coverage, making claims, or selecting new insurance providers, as required for the ongoing protection of the vehicle.
4. License Plates and Tags: To apply for, replace, or renew license plates and registration tags for my vehicle and to make any changes required by the DMV or other governmental agencies related to the vehicle’s registration status.
5. Vehicle Inspections, Maintenance, and Repairs: To authorize and arrange for any necessary vehicle inspections, repairs, or maintenance, including signing any relevant documentation for repairs or services that are required for the safe operation of the vehicle. This also includes consenting to any modifications that may be necessary.
6. Legal Actions and Disputes: To represent me in any legal actions or disputes concerning the vehicle, including but not limited to dealing with traffic violations, accidents, or legal claims involving the vehicle.

This Power of Attorney is granted to Susan Taylor for the period starting from January 10, 2025, and will remain in effect until revoked by me in writing, or until the vehicle is no longer in my possession.

This Power of Attorney may be revoked by me at any time by providing written notice to Susan Taylor. Any such revocation shall be effective immediately upon the delivery of the written notice.

I affirm that this Power of Attorney is granted for the purpose of ensuring the proper management and legal handling of my vehicle and any related transactions, and I trust Susan Taylor to exercise these powers in good faith and to act in my best interests.
