Dear Emma Wilson,
This letter serves as a formal agreement between John Davis (the Landlord) and Emma Wilson (the Tenant) regarding the rental of the property located at 789 Maple Street, New York, NY 10001.
The terms of the agreement are as follows:
- The rental property is leased to Emma Wilson for residential purposes only, starting from February 1, 2025, for a duration of 12 months, ending January 31, 2026.
- The monthly rent amount is $2,500, payable in advance on or before the 5th day of each month.
