  • Suggestion

However, if you have an excellent relationship with the individual, you can use this to your advantage. Your closing line can go like this: “If that’s what you want, then I think this product is the best one for you” or “I think it would be better for you to avail our services today, rather than tomorrow.” These phases don’t particularly push the customer to take the offer, but with you having that authority to provide a suggestion they will most likely take the offer and close the deal.

  • Urgency

From the word itself, I guess you already have an idea what an urgency closing is. Basically, this type of sales closing focuses more on creating a sense of urgency for the customer. Although this is one of the best sales closings there is, it has great disadvantages especially if you didn’t build enough rapport with the customer. Some lines you can use for this type of closing are: “This is the last product we have,  and we can’t promise you to have it.” or “the sale will end today, so you can only get this item at this price within this time limit.”.
