Terms and Conditions

This quotation is valid for 15 days from the issue date. A security deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking, refundable within 5 business days after the vehicle is returned in good condition.

The rental includes a mileage limit of 500 miles for the entire period; any additional mileage will incur a charge of $0.50 per mile. The vehicle must be returned on time to avoid late charges of $50 per hour. The renter is responsible for tolls, parking fees, and any traffic violations during the rental period.

Fuel must be replenished to a full tank before returning the vehicle, or a refueling charge of $5 per gallon will apply. Decorations for the wedding are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

The renter is advised to inspect the vehicle before pickup and report any pre-existing damages. All parties must sign the agreement to confirm acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
