Terms and Conditions

This vehicle quotation is valid for 15 days from the date of issue. A refundable security deposit of $200 must be paid at the time of vehicle pickup. This deposit will be refunded within 5 working days after the vehicle is returned, provided there is no damage, excessive wear, or overdue payment. The rental period is strictly for 7 days; late returns beyond the agreed drop-off time will incur additional charges of $20 per hour.

The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel as per the full-to-full policy. Failing to refill the tank will result in a fuel replenishment charge of $4 per gallon. Mileage is limited to 1,000 miles for the rental period, and exceeding this limit will incur an extra charge of $0.20 per mile. The renter is responsible for toll fees, parking tickets, or any other traffic violations incurred during the rental period.

Insurance coverage includes collision damage waiver (CDW) for minor damages, but it does not cover negligence or intentional damages. Additional insurance options are available upon request.

The customer is advised to inspect the vehicle thoroughly before pickup and report any pre-existing damage. Both parties must sign the rental agreement to confirm acceptance of these terms.
