It is a procedure in which a group of people may become permanent members or inhabitants of a different country.
Immigration plays a certain role in all countries. The people who work for them are assigned to look at papers of each and every person who comes into the country. This way, they know the person who entered does not have any criminal records nor did they come inside the country illegally.
In your heading of the letter, you will need to write your complete name on the first line, your address on the second line, your contact information on the third line. Add a few spaces after and write the date you are going to send the letter. Below the date must be your recipient’s complete name, address and their contact information.
After you completed all that is needed for the heading, you move on to salutations. This is where you start to open your letter. If you have no information as to who the person you are sending the recommendation letter to, add their titles. Sir or Madam in your salutations.
For the first paragraph state why you are writing the letter and who you are writing it for. In your second paragraph, introduce yourself. Talk about the person you are recommending in your letter. Explain why you wish this person to be admitted into the country and add their characteristics. For the last paragraph, state the reasons why the person you recommended has not been able to get inside the country and add you are hoping for the best outcome for them. You may also add your personal details in the last paragraph. Your complete name, date of birth, country you are residing in, address and contact information.
Once you have written everything you need to write in the body of a letter, you may now end your letter with a simple sentence. Add the closing salutation and your signature.
The last step is not a requisite since not all countries require you to add a notary or to validate your letter. So this is optional but you may still validate if you so wish.
Sending a letter to immigration is not only required but it is more formal than to explain to them in person.
Your employer may write you a good recommendation to immigration. It can also be anyone who knows you well enough.
Add your friend’s characteristics. Write as to why he or she deserves to be inside the country and for what reason as well.
Yes. As long as the family member writing the recommendation letter is already residing in the country the other family member wishes to get in.
