KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Over the past year, my primary focus was delivering the 120,000 sq. ft. downtown commercial
mixed-use development safely, on schedule, and within budget. My most significant
achievement was successfully mitigating a severe structural steel delay in Q2. By aggressively
re-sequencing the concrete pours and pulling forward interior framing on the lower levels, I
recovered four weeks of lost schedule time. Ultimately, we handed over the core and shell to the
client two days ahead of the contracted substantial completion date, coming in 4% under our
general conditions budget.
Additionally, I championed site safety protocols across all trades. By instituting mandatory
weekly safety stand-downs and strictly enforcing fall-protection standards, our site achieved zero
lost-time incidents (LTI) over 180,000 man-hours worked, resulting in a reduction of our
Experience Modification Rate (EMR) for the upcoming year.

I excel at managing complex site logistics in
tight urban environments. I enforce strict delivery scheduling and laydown yard organization,
preventing trade stacking and ensuring that multiple sub-trades can work simultaneously without
impeding each other's progress.
FINANCIAL CONTROL & CHANGE MANAGEMENT:
I maintain a tight grip on the project budget. I
am highly proactive in documenting Requests for Information (RFIs) and managing submittals
through Procore. When client-driven design changes occur, I excel at negotiating fair change
orders with subcontractors while fiercely protecting the general contractor's fee matrix.
