KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Over the past year, my primary focus was streamlining our client intake process and
ensuring flawless calendaring for three busy litigation partners. My most significant
achievement was migrating our manual intake forms to a fully digital workflow within
Clio. This initiative reduced our average client onboarding time by 30% and eliminated
duplicate data entry for the paralegal team. Additionally, I successfully managed the
electronic filing (e-filing) of over 150 motions and pleadings across state and federal
court portals (including PACER), maintaining a 100% acceptance rate with zero clerk
rejections or filing deficiencies.
CORE COMPETENCIES & STRENGTHS
Calendar Management & Triage:
I excel at proactive scheduling and mitigating
logistical conflicts. I conduct weekly calendar audits with my assigned attorneys to
ensure all statutory deadlines, depositions, and mediations are properly docketed,
successfully preventing two major scheduling conflicts this year by noticing overlapping
federal court appearances weeks in advance.
Client Empathy & Communication:
I am often the first point of contact for clients
navigating highly stressful legal situations. I pride myself on maintaining a calm,
empathetic, and professional demeanor, ensuring clients feel heard and supported while
strictly avoiding the unauthorized practice of law (UPL) when answering their
procedural questions.
GROWTH AREAS & CHALLENGES
A notable challenge I faced this year was managing my administrative bandwidth amidst
constant inbound client calls. During the Q2 trial preparation for the
Johnson
matter, I
