GROWTH AREAS & CHALLENGES
A notable challenge I faced this year was balancing revenue-generating activities (prospecting
and appointments) with administrative transaction coordination. In Q2, during a particularly busy
month with five active escrows, I spent too much time chasing down signatures, coordinating
with title companies, and managing compliance paperwork. This administrative bottleneck
caused my proactive lead generation to stall, resulting in a noticeably lighter pipeline in Q3. I
realize that to scale my business, I cannot be the bottleneck for paperwork. I am actively
working on relinquishing control of the administrative process by fully utilizing our brokerage's
Transaction Coordinator (TC) for every deal moving forward.
FUTURE GOALS
To continue growing my market share and elevating my level of service, I have established the
following goals for the next review cycle:
CRM Automation:
Fully build out and automate my "Post-Close" and "Nurture" drip
campaigns within my CRM by Q2, ensuring every past client receives highly relevant,
automated touchpoints (market updates, home anniversary cards) to stay top-of-mind for
future referrals.
Professional Designation:
Complete the required coursework and close the necessary
volume to earn the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation by Q4
to successfully pivot my prospecting efforts into a higher price point.
Video Marketing Strategy:
Launch a hyper-local YouTube channel and Instagram Reel
strategy by Q3, committing to posting one weekly video tour or neighborhood breakdown to
capture organic search traffic and establish myself as a community expert.
