KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Over the past year, my primary focus was on reimagining the user onboarding flow for our core mobile
application and establishing a more rigorous user testing framework. My most significant achievement
was leading the end-to-end UX redesign of the sign-up process. Through moderated usability testing,
I discovered that users felt overwhelmed by the amount of data requested upfront. By redesigning the
flow to utilize progressive disclosure and chunking the information into digestible steps, we reduced
cognitive load and successfully increased the onboarding completion rate by 22%.
Additionally, I played a key role in maturing our internal design system. I audited our existing Figma
component library, consolidating redundant assets and standardizing our naming conventions. This
effort, combined with detailed redline documentation, noticeably decreased the friction during
design-to-development handoffs and improved visual consistency across the platform.

I have a strong ability to set aside my own assumptions and let
qualitative data drive my design decisions. I advocate fiercely for the user in product meetings,
ensuring that accessibility (WCAG standards) and inclusivity are baked into the wireframes from day
one, rather than treated as an afterthought.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
I am highly effective at bridging the gap between product
management and engineering. I prioritize bringing developers into the discovery phase early to
discuss technical constraints, ensuring that my high-fidelity prototypes are not only beautiful but
realistically buildable within our sprint timelines.
