KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Over the past twelve months, my primary focus was balancing a high-volume
dispensing workflow with expanded clinical services, ensuring uncompromising
patient safety. My most significant achievement was leading our pharmacy’s seasonal
immunization clinic. By redesigning the scheduling workflow and delegating
documentation to our senior technicians, we administered over 1,200 flu, RSV, and
COVID-19 vaccines in Q3—a 25% increase from the previous year—without negatively
impacting our daily prescription verification metrics.
Additionally, I prioritized Medication Therapy Management (MTM). I completed over
150 comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs) for our geriatric patients, identifying
and intervening on several severe drug-drug interactions, particularly involving new
direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs). This proactive clinical approach directly improved
our pharmacy's Medicare Star Ratings for patient adherence in chronic disease states.

Pharmacy Operations & Team Leadership:
I excel at managing the chaotic, fast-
paced environment of the pharmacy. I actively triage the workflow during peak hours,
dynamically shifting technicians between data entry, filling, and the drive-thru to
prevent bottlenecks and manage patient wait-time expectations effectively.
