KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Over the past year, my primary focus has been modernizing our core IT
infrastructure, improving enterprise cybersecurity posture, and aligning
our technical roadmap with broader company growth. My most significant
accomplishment was leading the successful migration of our on-premises
legacy data storage to a secure hybrid-cloud environment. By carefully
planning the migration phases with minimal downtime during off-peak weekend
windows, we eliminated persistent hardware bottlenecks and reduced our
annual server maintenance overhead by roughly 20%.
Additionally, I prioritized strengthening our organization-wide security
awareness. Following a series of industry-wide phishing spikes, I rolled
out a mandatory, gamified security training platform and instituted monthly
simulated phishing tests. Over twelve months, our organization's click-rate
on simulated attacks dropped from 14% down to under 2%, drastically
