KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Over the past year, my primary focus was managing the complex discovery phases for
our commercial litigation group while maintaining a high billable-hour realization rate.
My most significant achievement was spearheading the document review process in the
Smith v. Apex Corp
matter. By utilizing predictive coding and conceptual analytics within
Relativity, I managed a dataset of over 250,000 documents, successfully identifying
critical privileged communications and preparing the final production logs three days
ahead of the court-mandated deadline.
Additionally, I took ownership of our firm's trial preparation workflow. I prepared
comprehensive witness binders, coordinated trial exhibits, and drafted routine pre-trial
motions for three major arbitrations. My proactive approach to exhibit tracking saved
the trial team an estimated 15 hours of non-billable organizational time during the week
leading up to trial.

and LexisNexis. I excel at drafting initial pleadings, discovery requests, and detailed
chronologies. I am meticulous when cite-checking and Bluebooking appellate briefs,
ensuring that all authorities are accurate and properly formatted before filing.
Case Management & Docketing:
I understand that missing a statutory deadline is not an
option. I maintain rigorous calendar control for my assigned attorneys, calculating and
calendaring responsive deadlines based on local and federal rules of civil procedure
(FRCP), ensuring our team is never caught off-guard by an impending filing date.
