KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Over the past year, my core objective was to modernize our testing infrastructure, elevate
product stability, and reduce the release cycle time across our web and mobile applications. My
most significant achievement was architecting and executing our automated regression
testing framework migration from legacy Selenium scripts to Playwright. By parallelizing test
execution across our CI/CD pipeline, we reduced regression execution time from 14 hours
down to just 2.5 hours per release cycle. This acceleration directly enabled our engineering
organization to shift from bi-weekly deployments to on-demand daily production releases
without compromising defect detection.
Furthermore, I spearheaded a proactive defect prevention initiative by introducing "Shift-Left"
testing practices into sprint planning. I partnered with product owners to implement
structured acceptance criteria and Three Amigos sessions prior to developer handoffs. This
collaborative alignment helped our team identify edge cases during story grooming rather
than post-development, contributing to a 34% reduction in production-escaped bugs over Q3
and Q4.
