KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Over the past twelve months, my primary objective was to inject resilience into our fulfillment
network while aggressively managing outbound freight costs. My most significant achievement was
executing a strategic "near-shoring" initiative for our highest-volume product line. By transitioning
30% of our component manufacturing from overseas vendors to partners in Mexico, we reduced our
average transit time from 45 days down to 8 days. This strategic shift not only insulated us from
ongoing ocean freight volatility but also reduced our overall logistics spend by 12% in the second
half of the year.
Additionally, I completely revamped our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cadence. I instituted
a mandatory cross-functional monthly review tying sales forecasts directly to our master production
schedule. This alignment reduced our order fulfillment lead times and improved our On-Time In-Full
(OTIF) delivery metric from 84% to 93%.

CORE COMPETENCIES & STRENGTHS
Crisis Management & Agility:
Global supply chains are inherently unpredictable. When the
sudden port strikes threatened our Q3 inventory levels, I did not wait for executive direction. I
immediately rerouted critical shipments to alternative East Coast ports and secured short-term
regional warehousing, ensuring our seasonal launch proceeded without a single out-of-stock
incident.
Cross-Functional Translation:
I excel at bridging the gap between sales ambition and operational
reality. I am highly effective at communicating complex logistical constraints to the sales and
marketing teams in a way that fosters collaboration rather than frustration, ensuring we only promise
customers what the network can actually deliver.
