KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Over the past year, my primary focus was redesigning our corporate onboarding
experience and expanding our digital learning library to support a hybrid workforce. My
most significant achievement was the end-to-end development and launch of the "Sales
Enablement Bootcamp." By collaborating with product managers and utilizing Articulate
Storyline, I created a highly interactive, gamified 5-module course. This initiative
decreased ramp-up time for new sales reps by 20% and received a 4.8/5 average rating in
post-course evaluations.
Additionally, I took ownership of our Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
I conducted a comprehensive audit of our existing course catalog, archiving outdated
materials and re-tagging over 150 assets for better searchability. I also implemented
automated enrollment rules for mandatory compliance training, which increased our
company-wide completion rate from 78% to 99% before the Q4 audit deadline.
